How do we do it?
Everything is done remotely. I’m a digital nomad, so I work from all over the world.
We call each other and collaborate, it’s that simple! The best thing is to start the project together right from the start. You send me measurements of the space and sketches of ideas (2D or 3D). We discuss your requirements, either by phone or video. I draw up the plans and transfer them to you as soon as they’re finished.

- You don’t have to worry about producing 2D and 3D plans, or updating design software – I’ll take care of everything! I guarantee impeccable quality and excellent speed of execution. So you’ll have more time to take care of your customers and your job sites.
- My senior experience ensures that your plans are of the highest quality. You won’t need to correct your plans once you’ve received them. They’ll be ready for customer presentation because I have a deep understanding of aesthetic and functional needs, having been in the field for over 14 years.
- My business is based on subcontracting plans for other professionals; I don’t take on projects on my own account, so I’m not competiting for your business.
- I love my work because it’s done completely remotely. In practical terms, this means you don’t have an employee to manage or guarantee hours for. No one to bother you when you want to concentrate. I’m autonomous and often interactions are minimal.

2D Drawings
Production of technical drawings, ready for fabrication, with AutoCAD.
Residential projects: new constructions, self-build projects, renovations, small and large projects
Existing plan:
To give the contractor an idea of the extent of the work to be carried out during a renovation, with existing floor coverings, the location of appliances, sanitary fixtures such as toilets, baths, showers, sinks, faucets, and the positioning of existing walls.
Layout plan:
For basement, first floor, upper floor, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room, bedrooms, walk-in closets, storage.
Demolition plan:
Includes notes regarding existing finishes, walls to be demolished, cabinets to be removed and all necessary details for the contractor.
Construction plan:
Legend and illustration of walls to be retained, walls to be added, as well as all their dimensions, and dimensions for plumbing centers, such as sinks, basins, faucets, showers, baths.
Electrical plan:
Includes suggested fixtures, lighting fixtures, and their positioning, such as outlets, electrical outlets, switches, thermostats, heaters, etc.
Floor plan:
With the starting point of the flooring for the installer, product specifications, positioning, different finishes, as well as grout colours for ceramics, transition molding models and their finishes, etc.
Finishes plan:
Coatings for all surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings. Details of finish specifications for wood, ceramics, wallpaper, paint, and all other coverings, as well as installation instructions.
Layout elevation:
Shows suggestions for furniture, fixtures, and decorative objects.
Cabinetmaking elevation:
Drawing of custom-made furniture, including dimensions, annotations, technical specifications for materials, hardware and accessories. Dimensions adjusted according to appliance data sheets. Annotations for drawers, internal drawers, sliding shelves, fixed shelves, adjustable shelves, door opening direction.
Manufacturing details:
Ideal for custom-made furniture with special manufacturing features, such as fireplace furniture, walk-in closets, TV cabinets, etc.
Legends:
With symbols and descriptions of each element, with dimensions, finishes, model numbers. Legends available: finishes, furniture, materials, electrical, plumbing fixtures, specifications, hardware, and more.
Creation of representative 3D drawings of the project, using Sketchup.
