Bathroom project
The project
This bathroom was designed with the kitchen on the first floor in mind. “Natural” was the motto for the style of this room. We were able to enlarge the bathroom by 18″ using the small bedroom next door. It made all the difference! The customers, who didn’t like showering when it was small and cornered, couldn’t help but notice the major change with the new shower. The brightness of the room is maximized thanks to the glass shower and the white wood-effect ceramic tiles running around the perimeter of the room. The customers had never seen a granite countertop with an antique finish before the presentation of the materials, and they fell in love with this singular finish immediately. They were delighted with the installation, as the countertop was even more beautiful than they had imagined following the presentation. The natural birch plank-effect vanity gives much-needed warmth to a room that could easily have turned cold and austere if white had been used instead of wood for cabinetry. Finally, the bathroom enters the modern era with a sleek freestanding bath that replaces the old 80s corner bathtub.
