Project Description:

This project arose from the clients’ desire to renovate their home to better suit their life as a couple. Initially, the scope was limited to the kitchen and the ground-floor bathroom, but a thorough consideration of space optimization quickly opened the door to new possibilities.

The expansion of the kitchen, made possible by incorporating the adjacent small bedroom, completely transformed the dynamics of the space. This maximization of floor space allowed us to meet all the clients’ needs, including fulfilling their wish for a slightly recessed bar area, perfect for entertaining. A walk-in pantry was also incorporated, providing optimal storage for food and small appliances.

The client wanted a clean, bright look that would highlight the view of their beautiful backyard. Natural materials, such as plank-style cherry wood, quartz countertops, and porcelain tile flooring, lend prestige and elegance to the kitchen.

The new open-concept space quickly became the heart of the home, a place where the clients enjoy hosting family and friends for casual get-togethers. Today, they look to the future with confidence, certain that they can age gracefully in a home perfectly suited to their needs.

This project includes the creation of complete 2D and 3D plans, designed to guide the contractor throughout the renovation work.
