The project
This project, located in Quebec City, began when the clients wanted to renovate their home to better suit their life as a couple. The initial idea was to renovate the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. The customers were pleasantly surprised by the idea of enlarging the kitchen by using the small bedroom next door. Maximizing the use of space met all their needs. We even fulfilled their dream of having a bar area. A large walk-in pantry provides optimal storage for food and small appliances. The client wanted a clean, bright look that would highlight their magnificent backyard. Natural materials such as plank-effect cherry wood, quartz countertops and porcelain tile flooring lend prestige to the kitchen. The new open-plan room is a delight when entertaining family and friends for happy hour. The customers now see themselves aging well in this home, which is perfectly adapted to their needs. Here are the complete 2D and 3D plans I drew, which were used by the contractor who carried out the renovations.
